What is the next step after informing Spectrum Association Management about my neighbor who refuses to place his trash cans either in the garage or in his backyard? I've informed Spectrum twice w/in the last 5 months, but I still don't see any positive results. The actual homeowner, my neighbors are renting, has done his part by fixing the gate latch, but the tenants refuse to abide by the neighborhood policy. Again, what's the next step?
