2:30 in the morning: My dog,who is locked responsibly in my back yard woke me up barking because of something going on in the front of my home. Thinking it may be a burglar, I looked out the window and saw dogs. Not one, not two, but three loose dogs. They knocked over my covered trash bin and were going through it. People, keep your hungry, trash dogs in your own back yard and lock the gates! It can be done!!!! Try and be a responsible pet owner. Even better, try and be a responsible neighbor!

I COULDN'T AGREE WITH YOU MORE. IT'S A SHAME THAT PEOPLE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD CAN HAVE DOGS/PETS AND NOT KEEP THEM MAINTAINED OR CONTROLED. THANK YOU FOR BEING A RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER......
