nothing you can do
As of Janurary 1at there is nothing that can be doen to the homeowner for not complying with the guidelines. All that can be done is a lien placed for failure to pay dues. That is all. So with that said I will do what I want with my yard be it mowing or not mowing adding a deck a shed or what ever as long as it meets city code Spectrum can do nothing. So take your threating letter and do away with it. Don't try and scare peple inot doning what you want them to do. Learn the rules before you put your foot in your mouth again.

I bet you've got one of those yards with 3 ft tall weeds (no grass to speak of), a trash can that rolls around in the street all day after trash pickup, and a dog or cat that roams the neighborhood. If so, you obviously have no pride in your home and don't give a darn about your neighborhood. If you aren't as I described then you're abiding by the covenants without even knowing it. I like to live in an area where homeowners take the time and effort to make their place look good. And if you consider the comment of taking care of your home and yard a scare tactic then perhaps you should find a more suitable place to reside.

CEE DEE, I HOPED WHEN YOU MOVED INTO CREEKSIDE, YOU WERE INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOC. AND THAT THERE WERE COVENANTS TO ABIDE BY. FIRST,I WOULD LIKE TO THINK THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT AND ARE RESPONSIBLE ENOUGH TO UNDERSTAND THESE RULES AND RESPECT THEM. WE ALL WANT TO LIVE IN A COMMUNITY WHERE THE HOUSES ARE UPKEPT AND THE YARDS AS WELL ETC.. NOT WHERE THERES RV'S AND BOATS IN DRIVEWAYS. BROKEN DOWN CARS ON STANDS , OVERGROWN YARDS. ETC.. PLS LET'S KEEP CREEKSIDE A RESPECTABLE COMMUNITY, AND WHERE THE ATMOSPHERE IS A FRIENDLY ONE. THANK YOU AND PLS ABIDE BY THE COVENANTS, THEY ARE THERE TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY VALUE.!!!!
