I've complained about my neighbors to the left of my house more than once to Spectrum last year, but as always, nothing was done about it. They continue to keep their three trash cans in the front yard, and since I live in a cul-de-sac, if one of them topples over, it will literally fall in my yard.
I got lucky on Christmas morning. I had to work on that morning, and when I opened my garage door, I had trash scattered all over my little front yard. As I stood there in total disbelief, I could only shake my head in disgust. Fortunately, one of the household members from the house next door was outside and must've witnessed my presence out there because as I was leaving, she immediately began picking up their garbage.
The only solution to rectify this problem is keeping the trash in the back yard because it appeared some stray dog(s) knocked the trash can over to get at the scraps of food.
If Spectrum can't do their job at maintaining the policy, then why am I paying $200.00/year?
Sincerely,
Mark
