Anyone else having an issue with this forced flood zone insurance? My father is really upset by all of this, bc Wells Fargo imformed him that FEMA's revised map has placed in a flood zone and now our mortgage is going to double. He's prepared to bring in a surveyor to prove that we are not in a flood zone and then fight it with FEMA. If anyone else wants in on this, let me know at mabestevez@gmail.com, so I can pass along the name of the surveyor he will use. Also, does anyone know if the HOA had anything to do with this?
