San Antonio Creekside Association, Inc.

I am wondering is everyone ok with the Association increasing your yearly dues?  I for one am very unhappy and do not think that the BOARD should have the right to increase the amount with out a 51% percent vote of the residence to increase such dues.  It is stated in my contract that the amount is $200.00 yearly dues and I see this as a breeach of contract.  Lets hear from you, are you a concerned neighbor?????

I completely agree. One thing we were promised was they would govern grass height to make sure the community look nice and tidy. Yet I saw a few houses with there grass several FEET high! If they cannot even help with grass control what are they doing with this money we give them?
