we need to respect the rights and property of our neighbors. Motors,
broken down vehicles and beer bottles are not really appropriate lawn ornaments lets change that. If we pick up our trash and paper it not
only will it improve the look of the
subdivision ,and increase the resale value our homes, but it teaches our children lessons for a lifetime. Lets keep it clean. thanX

I read your concern on the website for HOA. I agree with your concern. If you have the time to drive down Maple Park from Bluestone you will notice that most if not all homes have some sort of violation. We were cited for having our trash cans insight. While, my neighbor grass is growing dead and along the curb side. I'm glad im not the only one out there with these concerns. Unfortunatley not enough to make them hear us. Good luck! =)
