Dear Neighbors:

We have such beautiful ''street lights'' at Sonoma Ranch. Unfortunately, many of the street lights are ''off'',especially on Ruidosa Downs and Pueblo Pintado. These lights have been ''off'' several months. Who is responsible for making sure street lights are working properly? Driving down those streets at night makes it very difficult to see people jogging or cars parked by the edge of the street. Dark streets makes the entire neighborhood vulnerable. Lets join in and get the appropriate people to fix the problem and have ALL the street lights burn bright every single night.

Neighborhood Street Lights

All street lights in the Sonoma Ranch Summit and Reserve Subdivisions are suppose to be wired and connected to the home that the light is installed on. We have discovered that some of the lights that were installed were not properly wired/connected to the specific home to make them operational. Those lights that are currently operational are maintained by the Association Management Company (ProComm) and when the light is discovered or reported to be burned out or the photo sensor is no longer functional, ProComm will request our Electrical Company to correct the deficiency. The lights that are not presently operational due to them not be properly wired have been reported to the specific builder to be corrected. In addition, we will bring this situation to the attention of the Board of Directors and subsequently the developer so this situation can be corrected.
