Actually, let me clarify something for you I was referencing:

I was saying, you, as well as myself, are representatives of Bridgewood on neighborhoodlink.com. Anyone that checks out neighborhoodlink.com and enters the zip code 78254 can read the messages for Bridgewood. (Just to make sure I am certain of what I was talking about, my cousin in Maryland read what we were writing here) Now, with the military, right now it is a HUGE time for people to start looking at homes, areas and things like that for when they move here. People look specifically for things like this because
a) they want to live in a good neighbourhood
b) a good HOA can actually increase your resale value for your house
c) area is important as well for resale value and location to bases.

If this is the example of Bridgewood you would like to give to people who could potentially be neighbours of yours, I am sorry for you.

Nothing you can say will deter me with dealing with the HOA and the issues involving the neighbourhood.

These boards are here for the discussion of issues involving the HOA, not personal opinions about individuals. Speaking your opinion is one thing, being rude and ignorant is another.

you right again its not me or you or them it is in fact the whole comminty. i am glad that your cousin got on the site and look at us as a whole . so what does the military have to do with this , this town be a military town for a lot of years , people come an people go , just because interest rates are going down , so what people will be what they want , where they want , when they want , yes a good community is a plus , and a good H O A is a plus.
but you must remember what started this whole ordeal a BIG BARN at thats it. and saying that i am rude and ignorant is your opinion , some people might agree and so people might not. thats what amkes us different people. thats good standing up for the HOA is good
