SPEED HUMPS

TRAFFIC STOPPER! You got the message, perhaps so did others. The speed limit is not adhered to in Lakeside, the speed humps deter those who exceed the speed limit.
Maybe if you take your time over those speed humps it will give you enough time to stop and look around you.
Your swimming pool area needs attention.
The trash on LAKEFRONT needs to be picked up.
There are children in this neighborhood on their bikes that need to be paid attention to.
Think of those issues, instead of how fast you could be going!

The above response doesn't address the problem. I agree with the first writer.
These speed bumps can slow down speeders, but the bumps shouldn't interefere with the majority of other drivers who obey the limit and, having to literally STOP because somebody will not pay attention to the ''20 mph'' signs posted.
Any vehicle can easily go over these bumps at 20 mph with little or no impact. My little Honda does.
20 mph should be advertised to all in Lakeside via the LNA or other source.
