I'M STILL TRYING TO DECIDE TOO. BUT I KNOW STEVE HAS NOT BEEN ON WORKMANS COMP THE LAST 4 YEARS. AS FAR AS THE LAWSUIT AGAINST THE COUNTY AND SHERIFF RALPH LOPEZ, THE COUNTY SETTLED OUT OF COURT FOR THE WRONGFUL TERMINATION, AND I BELIEVE THE COUNTY ALSO SETTLED OUT OF COURT WITH M. VOJVODICH FOR THE SAME THING WHICH WAS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED. I GOTTA TELL YA, FROM EVERYTHING I'VE WITNESSED SO FAR, THERES A COUPLE OF PEOPLE TAKING CRACK SHOTS AT STEVE GARZA, WITH NO SUBSTANCE. CONSIDERING WHAT HE AND M. VOJVODICH WENT THROUGH, IF YOU WERE IN THE SAME SITUATION, YOU WOULD HAVE SUED THE COUNTY, AND YOU WOULD HAVE WON OR HAD A SETTLEMENT TOO. VOTE STEVE GARZA.......

I dunno

I understood he was on worker's comp the last 4 years of his 14 years with the sheriff's office.... that would make his experience really 10 years with the department not 14. I am not aware of all of the circumstances, but I have to wonder if he was treated so badly by the county (enough to sue), then why does he care to be our constable?
