My question is, why isn't the pool open on the weekends throughout Sep and even into October?? We live in SOUTH Texas where it stays hot throughout much of the fall. Yesterday (Sep 18th) it was in the 90's. I would have loved to have gotten into that lovely clean pool, but not an option despite it still being perfect weather for swimming, the season in over. The pool membersip is not cheap-please allow us to use the place for an additional month or so. Obviously the pool is still being maintained (not a leaf floating in it yesterday!)so why not let us take advantage of the extended season down here. Sure the kids would enjoy it. I know as an adult I would.

Amen! It's about time someone said it. I cannot beleive that we have to pay so much money to use the pool and that it is only open such little time. The weather here dosen't start getting cold until November or so. Why not let us get our moneys worth. Also, I just wanted to mention to you that I heard if you volunteer for clean-up on borgfeld rd like 3 times a year that they reduce your pool membership by half. Anyone have any info on this?

Yes, you are right. You receive half off the full price of pool membership if you volunteer for Borgfeld cleanup. Cleanup is every 2 months and the next one is scheduled for December.
