In talking with several neighbors I have noted that some of are the opinion that our ''neighborhood'' is going downhill because of the Dollar General store.
Well didn't you move here with a Shamrock aka Valero at the corner?

I say it is going downhill due to a lack of the managment company doing anything around here...

Also, since the board changed it has taken forever to get things fixed around here.

1. When the you can't call cpsb to replace a light pole bulb
2. Can't fix a wood fence.
3. Can't give a straight answer about the gate.
4. When anyone calls to ask a question: Their automatic response is that the questioner is ''yelling'' and further response is terminated
5. Raising fees on buying and selling services without somuch as a note to the board.

and more worried about a non perminant basketball goals that are not in a common area instead of keeping up with the gate, streets, etc.....
