Cut some of the bushes & trees

Trimming the bushes around the park benches and pads will have a dramatic affect on that secure feeling these teens have at smoking or doing whatever at the park. Trimming the trees so that more light can shine on those pads is a good idea also. The park has two big lights already and some of the neighbors around the big park don't need more light pollution.

Whomever is seeing this behavior needs to call 911. This concerns me a great deal seeing as I have younger children & I don't want them seeing or finding something that could harm them. Parents need to step up & stop letting there kids (teenagers & gradeschool age) from roaming around the neighborhood at all hours & from hanging out at Valero. Kids only do what they know they can get away with when there parents aren't concerned with where they are or what they are doing and who they are doing it with. I have thought it was odd that lately I have noticed a group of teenage guys riding bikes. Do these kids all live here??? We as parents are responsible for what are children are doing no matter how old they are. WAKE UP!!! Where are your kids????

Haven't been on the site in awhile so I am not sure if the issue with the kids smoking pot at the lake has been resolved. I believe that we are still private property. If you believe that the folks using the parks are engaging in activities, that they shouldn't be going on, and especially if they are not residents of our subdivision...call the cops. Cutting bushes and what not will not stop kids. I have noticed that there is a house on lake sunset, that on any given night the garage is open and there are many teenagers ''hanging out''. They seem to be polite when folks come down the street but there is still the perception. They are quiet and for the most part behaving. If it was otherwise, I would not hesitate to call the law.
We have a great neighborhood here contrary to what some might think.
