Anyone else pay neighborhood dues online? I recently paid feb and noticed the processing fee went from $5.00 to $9.95. WHY? And did our dues go up $5.00 as well cause my bill always says $35.00 instead of $30.00 and yes I always pay ontime or early in most months...AND AND AND what the heck is this going towards? Ok last question was out of frustration, but come on.I bet no one can really tell me. For example, Ive never seen or heard of the association cleaning up the dead ducks on the streets.OOOOOOOOOOOO

Perhaps the unfounded and harrassing letters is where some of the money goes, that, and the people they use to harrass innocent, residents. People gotta get paid, and there's all that paper and toner they have to buy, oh, and the gas that goes into the vehicles of the people inspecting properties.
