Poisoning is not the solution
In the amount of time it takes you to set out poison (antifreeze) you could trap the animal and drop it off at the pound or a local no-kill shelter. You can't be an animal lover AND poison them. Pick one.

ok
Ok since your the expert, I am not an animal lover, but how exactly do you suggest I trap my neighbors dogs without them seeing?

Do what you told me to do
RESEARCH. You're the wise crack that said people don't need information since it's readily available. Why not do some of what you preach and find out ways to humanely deal with stray animals.
PS: I'm not your neighbor (Thank goodness!)

stray dogs and cats
Our neighbor has two cats--we enjoy their company and don't mind them in our yard, except for the PEE. We put coffee grounds in our bushes and have had a little success. We have not tried any commercial products, but we may have to. Anyway, it's not worth disturbing cordial relations with our neighbors, since we don't think anything we could say or do would change things. We're just grateful the folks next door are quiet, keep their yard neat and seem pretty nice.
