Oil slicks in driveways and in the streets are increasing. This decreases
property values and is unsightly and just plain dirty. Be a good neighbor by showing respect for your neighbor and for yourself.

Offer solutions

Wouldn't a good way to reduce these be to offer some suggestions for people to prevent and/or clean up these ''oil slicks''?

I had a friend park in my driveway once awhile back and I forgot his truck leaks oil. Well, sure enough when he left I noticed an oil stain on my once pristine driveway. I put cat litter on it to soak up what was there, but that only prevented further damage. An article on how to prevent and also clean up these would be helpful instead of just tellling people not to let it happen
