Amendments to the bylaws.

Extended pool hours April - November.

Income generating activities beyond annual fee collections.

Status of HOA asset reserves account.

Proper presentation of the flag/flag pole modification.

As these pertain to the entire community in one form or another it is proper that these all be considered during the annual meeting.
