I know we have a hickup here and a hickup there - a problem here and a problem there....there are sure needed improvements.

I know the HOA and Board of Directors and Property Manager are working hard on our behalf. It would seem reasonable to also post here the Good Things about the HOA, Good Things that are Happening (HA, if just to balance the other things being mentioned here - but also probably at least in my own case I have had a hard time finding out WHAT the HOA is doing, where there have been successes, where things work out for the good, and I know the directors and property manager have been successful here and there)!

Here is a request to put out there - things, events, situations, solutions you know about that are our pluses - let's list them and give some credit for the diligent, careful, and persistent efforts of our HOA.....

The pool will be getting a new fence!

Good Things

Looks like the grass was cut between the Community Center and Pool - looks like it should.

The clean up of limbs in the lot by the Parkwood entrance makes things look much better!
