Three Strengths

1. Great school systems with as of yet few "caps" on school attendance zones.
2. Home to USAA, UTSA, SWTx Medical Center, and several other high quality (ie high pay & benefit) employers.
3. Good mix of communities: duplexes, apartments, single family homes in planned neighborhoods with established neighborhood organizations (voluntary or mandatory).
