What is going on with the Board of Directors? Why do we have a neverending ballot? Are you waiting for the right vote? Why are things being kept secret that were always available before this year? Is the Board or someone on the Board trying to manipulate things to their thinking? Several years ago one of the present Board members tried to impeach the Board members at that time. It seems their current actions are much more severe than the basis on which they were trying for an impeachment. The Board members are required to work for the good of all the community. We need to elect a Board in February that has demonstrated their integrity to the community.

Vote results
I talked to a former board member who told me that the votes on the pool and the landscaping both failed. I think there were some efforts by the old board and the new board to manipulate the results, so I'm glad they both failed. Now that they have failed, what are we going to do with all the money. I think the best use of the money would be to give it back to the homeowners (The former board member told me that giving the money back was discussed at a board meeting, but couldn't get agreement between the board to do this). I think I can spend the money wiser than the board. Just give the money back to the homeowners. |

Landscaping & Unknown activities
I have a continuation to this message. Why are ballets being combined to achieve the favored outcome of the board or directors? Do these actions even follow the guideline of the HOA Board or is the HOA breaking the guidelines. What I am specifically talking about is the combining of the two landscaping plans into one so that the votes would become more numerous for supporting further landscaping changes, of course costing you more money. A further question that I have is what is with the numerous mistakes in the actual gardening. I doubt you are paying for your mistakes from your own pocket so, why are these mistakes continuous, have you not learned from your mistakes yet? What I am referring to here is the constant replanting of plants because some plants were added into the landscape that could not survive conditions, sunlight, soil etc. This has taken place numerous times and I am sure the board knows what I am directing too. Is the person doing landscape even a professional or is he just a random hired man who plants what looks nice. My final concern to landscaping is the cutting of the seedpods off the mountain laurels. I believe, correct me if I am wrong, that the seedpods are what cause the flowering in these plants. Therefore, with these being cut off the plants would no longer flower this season making the unattractive and barren. Please reply to my concerns, which I am sure, many more people are sharing. ''Is the person doing landscape even a professional or is he just a random hired man who plants what looks nice.'' Well Concerned Citizen Maybe the person could be a FOB '' Freind of the Board '' We might want to look at that angle. Did we get three or more bids? Is the work excedding the contract? How many OH-OH's have we paid for? Is the person providing us guarantees on the work provided? HOW COME THE BOARD DOESN'T KEEP US INFORMED? So many questions unaswered. Dec. Joe Friday |
