The Redland Woods newsletter is supposed to come out in early March-why haven't I seen any news from the new board. Are they just spending money and don't want to tell anyone what's going on? They said they don't care what we think, but at least tell us what is going on.
Where's the newsletter

I never said that!
I'd like to know where and when I ever said that I didn't care about the thoughts of the community. The statement that you attribute to me is not the type of statement that I would ever make. Be sure you're quoting me correctly as I take these statements very seriously. Where is your newsletter? It is coming shortly. We have quite a bit of new information and we wanted to wait until some things were settled so we could tell you. We've had management issues to deal with during this time. Actually, we've managed to deal with many issues in less than two months. By Colletta A. Galloway |

Money Issues
''management issues'' like what? Could you tell us how much money you have saved by firing/cutting ties/etc. the existing Mangement Company(PROCOMM). Also could you please provide us with the deliquant accounts figures. Please tell us what you have done. Redland Road is still a mess. How much money will be refunded by the city for our landscaping? Wes's 5 year plan included the pool. It has taken a few more years to have the money to accomplish the building of it. We have or HAD the money. If the BOD doesn't WANT the POOL THEN GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK. I don't want you to waste it on items YOU thank are neccessary. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. |

Reply
Colleta you did say something very close to those lines something like... The HOA Board has full control etc. etc. What I want to know about your reply is the following; you have fixed many problems in 2 months. Have you fixed them efficiently or in 4 more months will we be faced with the same issues. Furthermore, have you fixed them the most capital efficient way possible? And last did you fix them the way the neighborhood would have chosen them to be handled? |
