The Street Light at the corner of Ruidosa and Pueblo Pintado has been INOPERABLE at least 10 months already.
What would the homeowners association do to a homeowner that has failed to pay their dues that long? Should we allow ProComm to neglect something as essential as repairing street light in a prompt manner? Please share your comments~

Sonoma Ranch Street Light
Lee,
All I'm asking is that the street light at the corner of Ruidosa Downs and Pueblo Pintado be repaired as quickly as possible. This particular light has been inoperable for almost a year and possibly even longer than that. Do you know who should (directly) be contacted about this? If you do, please post it here so that ALL interested parties may contact the responsible person. I'm absolutely positive I'm not the only Sonoma Ranch Resident concerned about this issue.
Thank you so much for your response!

It might not be ProComm...
As much as I hate to sound like I'm defending them, we had the same problem with our streetlight. Never worked.
After months of talking with the builder and the homeowner association and CPS, we hired an electrician to come out and take a look at the light.
Turns out the subcontractor lied on the work report about ever making the electrical connection. We're still waiting on reimbursement from the builder for the afterwork.
Check with your builder--you might have to do the same thing.
