I appreciate the fact that our HOA is trying to inform our visitors
(i.e. vendors & guests) of the Sonoma Ranch ''Rules & Regs''. However, the gates & key pads are starting to look like Commercial Billboards with all the SIGNS on them!!
I have been to several ''nice'' neighborhoods like ours and they don't seem to have a plethora of billboards on their gates. I am just curious to hear everyone's opinion(s). Also, I would like to compliment the HOA on the speedy gate repairs recently!

I appreciate your feedback. We will make an effort to keep the entry keypad directories free of unnecessary signs, notices, etc. As for your comment about the speedy gate repairs we will continue to make this our number #1 priority to ensure they are operating on a normal basis and repaired as quickly as possible. Thanks again for helping us keep an eye on our neighborhood.
