Dear Juanita:
Were we at the same meeting?
I am disappointed in the evasiveness of the response to our homeowner forum. Not to mention the many typos...
The question on why a street light was left laying on its side for months was not addressed.
A more convenient meeting time for the homeowner forum was not answered. It merely states it is more convenient for the Board, who represents the homeowners. Who should it be more convenient for? The board or the homeowners?
Thank you for approval of the signage. A recommendation was submitted by Safety and Security to be reviewed. Why was it not addressed in these minutes?
Shouldn't Procomm find out if there are covenant violations? Lawns on Candelaria on a few homes look terrible to mention a minor violation. Who is minding the store?
The explosions are not an association issue? The homeowners have asked you to at the very least write a letter to the builder performing these explosions. Is that too much to ask of you?
On the cleanliness issue, have we thought of asking the City to clean up Kyle Seale? It is disgrace. Talking to the builders is not enough. Force them to keep their subs to work clean through fines and perform a few walkthroughs with them will impact how they work. Have you looked at how dirty their worksites are?
I do not recall a conversation about moving the gates...again, were we at the same meeting.
Regards,
A disappointed homeowner in Sonoma Ranch, Tom and Tamara Smith
