Loose dogs

Please call Bexar County animal control or San Antonio code compliance when you observe the dogs running loose. They will need the address of the owner and a description of the dogs. The HOA does not handle loose animal calls but we will send a courtesy reminder per the covenants if you submit an ''owner action'' form. You may want to contact your neighbor directly and ask them to restrain their dogs.

Do we have any kind of restrictions against particular breeds of dogs (namely, Pit Bulls)? I know that other associations do.
Also, what about dogs that bark all day?
