H-1B Jobs: Finding a Technical Job
Foreigners are most likely to get a green-card-sponsoring job in the United States in technical fields. Of course, your experience and education must qualify you for such a job, and competition can be fierce. The About Guide to Technical Job Searches has a host of resources available. There is also a paid-subscription site called Visa Jobs that lists specific companies that are known for hiring foreigners and sponsoring H-1B visas.
