Does anyone know who owned the land prior to KB purchasing it to build the Bridgewood Community and what it was? I think i heard someone say that it use to be farmland.

I'm guessing farmland. I saw some old photos of the land before it was developed and it looked like a large ranch. Possibly a cattle ranch? |
