Is everyone aware that SAWS intends to switch our water source over to the Trinity Aquifer? Did anyone attend the SAWS meeting that was held up at Tejeda MS back in October? I wasn't able to attend but I'm curious if anyone did and could share what was discussed. It is my understanding that the switch will be made sometime in the year 2002.

From what I have heard, the Trinity Aquifer is more susceptible to drought as well as having a more severe hard water content than does the Edwards.

There were a couple of people that I have talked to in the neighborhood that made the meeting. I even have a mineral breakdowns of the two water supplies. Personally, I don't know much about either supply. If you would like to see the breakdown, I can scan you a copy.
