Below is a list of suggested items for our action:

1. Halloween patrol to ensure any non FSR children has an accompanying parent and to monitor safety issues. (I requested a list of current block leaders to help coordinate their streets. Waiting for reply from Don Wallace.) Also we were asked to monitor the front gate to let parents know that they are required to stay with their children. FSR will have trick or treating the evening of Oct 31st. Hours yet to be determined.

2. Recommend the correct type of barrier for the water relief ditch at the end of Willow Heights.

3. Discuss safe and efficient barrier for the property line between FSR recreational area and the greenbelt. We can not put a barrier in the greenbelt itself, so I asked Don Wallace to get us a map showing the exact lay of the property line. He will work on getting us one.

4. Recommend restricted parking hours in the clubhouse parking lot. This is to prevent unacceptable after hours activity in that area.

5. Develop a method of communicating to all of our neighbors unlawful or alarming situations that occur within our community. David Mansfield has an idea for an electronic bulletin board for the Safety and Security committee. He will brief us at the meeting.

6. We need to start a neighborhood watch program. Before we jump into this we need to attend a class give by the SAPD. Once we have the required number of neighbors attend this class, we will get FREE signs installed in our neighborhood advertising the COPS program.(the signs themselves are another deterrent) David Mansfield went through this class last year and will provide us with the contact information so we all can get this vital training. I understand after the class, there is an actual patrol car ride along.

If there are any other items of concern, there will be a time for those as well.
