The speed bumps on Lake Meadow and Lake Front are nothing but a traffic stopper. Too many vehicles slow down and STOP to approach these idiotic bumps.
The Warning signs CLEARLY SHOW 20 MPH,
NOT STOP, WHEN APPROACHING.
PLEASE ADVERTISE TO DRIVERS NOT TO STOP WHEN DRIVING OVER THEM.
I DONT BELIEVE THESE BUMPS REALLY ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING EXCEPT CREATE MORE HASSLE FOR US NORMAL DRIVERS!!!

Yes, it is a shame that people can't read and it causes us to have to follow these people, however, maybe it is the least we can do. Afterall, for those that have ever witnessed speeders through the neighborhood and those running stop signs, it is the best thing we have for right now.
