Does anyone know if there is an official time for trick-or-treating to begin? Nothing was mentioned in the newsletter.

Times
The time for trick or treat was 6:00pm to 8:00pm according to the newspaper and local residents telling me that was the times listed for all military bases too. Sorry I didn't post it in the Newsletter.... remind me next time..lol Ted Editor Newsletter By Ted Jackson |
