Hello, if your not happy with how things are going well i wolud like to here from you. But one of the most reasons are 2. #1. not everyone is paying there dues which is realy holding us back. #2. no volenters. We are doing the best we can with the volenters we have. but how can we change without your? (input)! Let us know what you want. come to the meetings get involved. you can make this a good community or a bad one its your choice but we can't do it alone.

From the last newsletter it seems there are quite a lot of people who haven't paid their yearly assoc. dues. Is anything being done to collect from them? According to the agreement that everyone signed when they bought their home legal action can be taken if they neglect to pay their dues. The responsibilty of homeownership is a great one, but I think that those who don't pay up have the opinion that nothing will happen to them if they don't stick to the agreement they signed. I would really hate to see this neighborhood decline due to this.
