CHANGING SOME DEED RESTRICTIONS
YOU APPARENTLY HAVE NOT DONE YOUR HOMEWORK, FOR YOUR INFORMATION IF 3/4 OF THE SUBDIVISON APPROVE IT, IT CAN BE CHANGED. FROM THE FEED BACK IVE BEEN GETTING I DONT SEE IT BEING A PROBLEM.
AS FAR AS YOUR WISE CRACK ON SECTION 8 HOUSING GOES, ITS NOT A MATTER OF CHANGING THE RULES TO RUN THE SUBDIVISION DOWN. THE RULES I'M LOOKING TO CHANGE ARE RULES THAT WERE WRITTEN BY THE HOME BUILDER (K&B), THAT ARE REDICULOUS AND ANAL. LIKE THE LIMITATIONS ON WHAT YOU CAN PAINT YOUR FENCE, AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED UNLESS ITS SOME GASSLY COLOR, MEANING NOT SOME KIND OF EARTH TON COLOR OR REDWOOD.
IM ALL FOR RULES TO KEEPING THE SUBDIVISION LOOKING GOOD, BUT ALSO WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO IMPROVE OUR HOMES WITH OUT LITTLE REDICULOUS RULES GETTING IN THE WAY OF BEING ABLE TO DO SO.
THE OTHER RESTRICTION, I AM LOOKING TO GET CHANGED IS, CHANGING THE LIMIT ON STORAGE SHEDS FROM 8 1/2 IN HEIGHT TO 10 FT. AS I LOOK AT IT,THIS RULE WOULD HELP IMPROVE THE LOOK OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD,BY HAVING MORE ROOM FOR STORAGE. THE GARAGES IN THESE NEWER HOMES ARE BARELY BIG ENOUGH FOR OUR CARS, LET ALONE YARD AND GARDEN EQUIPMENT. TO ME THIS WILL KEEP OUR HOMES MORE CLEANED UP, IF WE HAVE ADEQUATE ENOUGH STORAGE SPACE FOR THIS.
I DON'T THINK RAISING IT TO 10FT IS GOING TO RUN THE SUBDIVISION DOWN,
AS LONG IT DOESNT STICK OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB AND IS PROPERLY BUILT.
