READ THIS!

If you are a board member... could you please post a list of committees that are in need of volunteers and/or assistance?

If you are the association secretary... could you please post the minutes of the last meeting and note the date and time of the next meeting?

If you are the web site manager... could you please update this web site. Some points of contacts are no longer valid.

If you are anyone else... I made this entry hoping someone will properly respond to it. I've sent emails to the following with no responses:

''Email Your Neighborhood Leader'' as noted on the left side of the web site home page under ''Questions and Comments''.

From the ''Neighborhood Information Creekside Contacts'' emails were sent to ''Association Manager Greg Geis'' and ''Brandon San Miguel''.

I hope this posting is responded to by our elected representatives and/or Procomm in a positive and timely manner.

I read your post. I check this site often - at least twice a week and I guess not enough folks log on. At the last meeting I attended (back in April) the topic of the clubhouse and pool was discussed and mentioned that groundbreaking was to happen the end of May or thereabouts. Unfortunately, due to illness I could not make the annual meeting or this last board meeting. But I am very interested in what is going on with this. I think we need to take a serious look at whether or not to even put in a pool. If the basketball court gets vandalized as often as it does what will prevent the vandals from hitting the pool and clubhouse? Maybe if a poll goes out to the homeowners (like the board member election ballot) we can see who is really interested in our neighborhood. Instead of a pool perhaps our money can go to something more important, like a full-time security service. Then we might not have to rely so much on volunteers to keep an eye out for vandals and others who try to ruin our neighborhood.
Sorry for rambling. Just wanted to put in my 2 cents.
As for ProComm, it might be best just to call them or send a fax. They responded quickly to a request I faxed to them. So this might be the best way to contact them.
Good luck.

Good Bye

Since my initial posting of READ THIS on 9 Aug only one person replied (your response was appreciated). It seems to me this web site is not visited by anyone in a position of authority (board members, Procomm, etc). Therefore I will no longer waste my time posting here. Instead, I will go back to the old fashion method of leaving messages on answering machines of individuals who never seem to be home or in their office. Good luck and I hope to see all of you at the next meeting.
