I've come across many a stray dog or neighboors dogs etc.... please place a collar on your pet with an ID tag with your address or phone number, so that in an event that they happen to get out of your yard or whatever reason there out and about, we can contact you or return your pet to you. Be responsible, and take care of your pets........

At the very least affix a good collar to your pets. It will let others know that they do have a home and will also prevent problems with animal control. Another very innovative idea is the microchip implant. The kitten we just adopted has one and if she's picked up anywhere in the WORLD they will know exactly who she belongs to.
