Have we considered having a ''HON Yard of the Month Award''? It would be a nice way to reward those who have taken that ''extra'' effort to beautify our community. I would suggest perhaps also an ''Honorable Mention'', and maybe have a rule that the same house cannot win the award twice in a row...(Of course, I wish we could also have a ''Dishonorable Mention'', but I know we can't do that...but I'll bet we could each come up with some nominations!...)
