I agree that safety in our neighborhood is a priority, but putting up a gate in the neighborhood gives only a false sense of security. I lived in a gated community before living here and we still had some of the same problems. I don't know what the answer is, but watching out for each others property is a start

A good idea to lower costs to getting a pool is to see if the other two neighborhoods would like to throw in with us, that should lower operating costs. I mean what the heck am I paying $65.00 a quarter for anyway?

Property devaluation

Hello,

We are the house that directly backs up to the cul-de-sac where this proposed playground and party gazebo would be located. We are very much opposed to this. We do not want a party pavilion near our bedroom window. We are already having a crime problem. How will we keep people out of this park at night? This proposed park would jeoprodize our safety and devalue our property.
