We received a ''flyer'' stating our neighborhood would be participating, but no information other than there would be prizes. SO, you have a very good question. Is each household suppose to ''serve'' something? HELP, TIME IS SHORT AND PLANNING IS REQUIRED! |

I apologize for the lack of a response to your question. Actually, it was the Board of Directors that coordinated the event. Hopefully the next time you have a question you will receive a response in a timely manner.
