Good question
I don't know. That is a very good question. I would wager it is a combination of people not being aware of the address and the fact that the site has been poorly maintained. At least it is up to date at the moment. |

Great HOA
We have a great HOA in Hunters Mill. Our neighborhood is a great place to live. It is clean, relatively quiet, and improving all the time. Just this year the association pushed in speed humps, got some traffic signs put in, and have built the first phase of the park. For only being about 6 years old, that is a huge accomplishment. I challenge you to find an association that has had anywhere near these types of accomplishments over the last year. I am very proud of the job the board and the committees have done thus far, and we are just getting started. The easements are always mowed, volunteers go by and pick up trash through the streets and in the front area that is now our park, and the coming year will see events dotting our calendars every month. We have resolved an issue, at great expense and difficulty, where a mentally unstable resident was terrorizing his neighbors. If someone thinks there is no HOA it is because that person has failed to take advantage of the countless opportunities to get involved, and yet they still are benefiting from the actions and efforts of those who have chosen to take an active role in our communities development. I won't stand by idly and let anonymous people besmirch the reputations of those who have put in hundreds of hours and some of their own money to advance the goals of Hunters Mill. I appreciate the efforts, large and small, of everyone who has lent their time to us. Thanks, folks. To the rest of you: I look forward to you joining our ranks. More help means more gets done. Remember that. We are all busy with lives. If you have time to complain you have time to help. ET |
