Zoning Case Z2007144 CD: An Ordinance changing the zoning district from ''C-2'' Commercial District to ''C-2'' (CD-Auto and Vehicle Sales) at location 1201 Cupples Road received a second denial. I would like to thank the individuals who showed up at the City Council Chambers and expressed their opposition.

Corner of Cupples and Thompson

This zoning case #z2007144CD was denied for the corner of Cupples and Thompson Place. The owner was denied permission to establish a car lot. I believe everyone in the community will aggree we do not need any more lots filled with unsightly vehicles.
