I'm just wondering if the previous contract with Waste Management stipulates a penalty clause if there are breach/es in any its provisions.It is clear the Waste Management simply violated terms when it simply refuse or stop collecting trash in Peak @ Promontory or any gated community in Promontory area. I just want to know if we can get something from Waste Management out of this since they abandoned their responsibility or obligation under the agreement. AND ABANDONEMENT IS VIOLATION if is so stated in the contract.

Contract With Waste Management

Ephraim - Waste Management did not ''abandon'' their contracts for Promontory Heights, Promontory Reserve, and The Peak at Promontory. Thay simply did not renew them when the old contracts expired, and it is our understanding they are doing the same thing to other gated communities outside Loop 1604 as those particular contracts expire.
