Review your January Bexar Met bill. There was a garbage collection charge on mine. I contacted Bexar Met and they said they will correct (credit) the error. Heads up!!

BexarMet Jan Garbage Charge

You are correct that there may be a January charge from BexarMet. That is the fault of our previous gated communities garbage collection company, Waste Management, who did not advise Bexarmet of their terminating our service. Anyone with this issue can call Lily at BexarMet, 357-5762, and she will help you. Our Property Manager is working with Waste Management and Bexarmet to clear up the errors. Be advised you do NOT have to pay for any Waste Management services after 31 December 2007.

If you live in the ungated areas of Promontory Pointe, Waste Management still collects under contract with the City. Your garbage and recycling charges are billed only on your CPS Energy statement each month. Homeowners in the ungated areas should not be billed by BexarMet, only by CPS Energy.
