Garden Homes
Hi Ivonne, I am aware that Garden Homes are planned for development on the vacant land that is to the left of the Post Office on Henderson Pass, to the right of the apartments on Thousand Oaks, and behind the gas station at Thousand Oaks and Henderson Pass. However, I am unfamiliar with the details. I will refer your question to Dick Bowser, NCTONA President, for reply. |

Garden Homes
Ivonne, I do have some additional information regarding the Garden Homes which will be going in to the areas you have mentioned (zoning changes were recently approved to allow this construction to proceed). Please either email me (rbowser@ev1.net) or call me (403-0985) at your convenience, and I'll attempt to answer your questions -- or refer you to someone who can. |

New garden{?} homes?
This is likely the Texas Family Homes project on the 1.2 acres across Henderson Pass from where the swim club backs up on the drainage ditch as it parallels Henderson Pass south of Shadow Cliff. The proposal is to put in 7 high end (2-300,000 $'s) homes in a one lot condominium project. Same outfit that put in the houses across from Bradley (latest one listed for $295,000) By Noel N |
