We need to form a community wide clean-up to remove the unsightly trash, brush etc., by the Hunters Brook sign at the main entrance. Also, could people please not throw brush into this area. Let's take pride in our community, please!

Start Charging

Send a letter and ask them to clean up their mess, if not, the HOA needs to start charging the $100.00 dump fee and the fee of the contractors labor to haul this off.
I wanted the other HOA's to have a community bulletin board at the entrance to post garage sale signs on and have not got a response back.

Couldn't Agree More

I agree, charge them, fine them or whatever to clean-up the mess! Let's face it HOAs today are basically a joke because the people who don't follow the rules have the rights while the responsible folks have no recourse but to sit back and watch their neighborhoods fall into decline.

ILLEGAL DUMPING

IT COST OUR HOA $135.00 TO PICK UP THE TRASH BY THE FRONT ENTRANCE. THAT IS ALMOST ONE HOA MEMBERS DUES FOR THE YEAR.
