Has anyone noticed how tall the weeds are in some yards, or is it just me? It really doesn't say much for Northern Hills Sub Division. Overgrown shubbery over half of sidewalks, tree limbs hanging over the street,tall weeds, furniture sitting in driveway for going on 3 weeks. We have lived here for almost 30 years and have never seen such disgusting yards. A lot of people do keep their yards up and they look nice, but the ones that don't, can make a neighborhood look really run down. It also affects persons that are selling their homes.
