As fate would have it, I was doing some fall cleaning upstairs in my youngests one's room. I am dusting the window sill on the street side when I notice a neighbor with two small ''toy'' dogs walking outside on the street. I really don't think much of it but this fella stops his animal and waits till it does it ''thing'' on the street. ''Well'' I tell myself ''He's probably going to pooper scoop it.''
Nope, Nine, Nada... He just walks off into the sunset and goes home.

''Oh he forgot his bag. He'll be back!''

Well I'm livid and tell my spouse and find out that something has been going on the drive way for the past month! And, oddly enough it looks like the sample sitting on street steaming!

I look at my spouse and get the look back that '' ToyDog owner jerk has been letting Rover go on our driveway?''

I know the difference between duck and dog stuff before you ask folks.

So the big question? Confront, tell management (ha ha), tell a board member (real ha ha), or midnight raid on the porch ?

I don't think a confrontation is necessary. Most of us in the neighborhood have a good idea who this person is.
Hopefully they also read the site and know that some is alway watching.

One thing I used to do in just such a situation was to save some of the evidence. And, when Halloween came around I would put it in a paper bag, light it on fire, place it on their door step, then ring the doorbell and run. Sometimes, revenge is a dish best served on fire. ;)

Honestly this person who is letting there dog do its business in the street/driveways they don't care. Even if they were to read this they are not condsiderate of anyone else's property. I suggest confronting the individual if & when it happens again...
