This morning I watched as our yard maintenance people blew the leaves from the street under the fence into the yards of the people in the adjoining subdivision. This is not very neighborly! Does anyone check on the maintenace crew?

Some shmuck from Lazy Oaks subdivision raked all the leaves in the alley and put them in the drainage exit in front of the big park. It a ''huge'' pile....

The huge pile of leaves are from our landscaping crew blowing the leaves.
They really need to pick them up as they are going to cause drainage problems.
