At this Sep 20 annual meeting the performance of the BOD with respect to the HOA bylaws should be considered.
A summary of violations of those bylaws have been posted under Community Pages for all to study. There may be an attempt to refute these, however every member is affected by some of these.

There is a need to become informed and to make inquiries to the BOD which the BOD in the past has ignored or deflected. The directors need to be conversive with this contract they have, the association has, with the members.

Really excuses are inadequate explanation; the members should expect their elected HOA officials are complying with the law and the association's bylaws, and really, without anyone having to ask if they are complying.
