The City Planning Department sponsors neighborhoods to organize and develop their own neighborhood plan identifying the unique aspects, issues, and needs of their area for the City Council and City Planning Department to consider as near term and long term community development plans are decided, funded, and addressed. A non-profit Neighborhood Resources Council supports the communications and planning activities also. We lack any such plan and suggest one be developed and approved by the city in all due haste.
There may be a number of issues to address. A major one is the safety and inadequate size and capacity of Prue Road, at least from Bandera to Babcock, and likely all the way to Fredericksburg. Are their other issues which need to be addressed?
